Project briefs
The contact form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit the brief to a website backend, save it in browser storage or log its contents to analytics. The form keeps your input in memory while you use it. Leaving or refreshing the page clears it.
Opening WhatsApp
When you choose “Open WhatsApp draft,” the SPARK sales number and your encoded message are passed to WhatsApp in a link. You review and send the message there. WhatsApp handles that interaction under its own privacy terms. Opening the link does not mean a message has been sent.
Read WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Your message may be visible to the SPARK sales team after you send it.
Calls and copying
Phone links hand the sales number to your device’s calling application. Calls do not start automatically on this website. The copy-brief button uses your browser’s clipboard only after you press it.
Game scores on this device
“Catch the Signal” stores two numbers in localStorage: your best timed score and your best untimed score. They are separate, device-local records. No name, email address, game history or global leaderboard is collected. You can erase them with the game’s “Clear saved scores” control or your browser’s site-data settings. If storage is unavailable, the game still works without saving a best score.
Cookies, analytics and media
The current site adds no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Fonts and portfolio media are served locally. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and protect the site. The website is hosted by Vercel. You can read more in Vercel’s privacy policy.
Social links
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok links open the official SPARK profiles in a new tab. These services apply their own privacy policies; the website does not embed their feeds or tracking scripts.
Questions and future changes
Use the sales number on the contact page for privacy-related questions, including questions about an enquiry you sent through WhatsApp. This notice will be updated if the website’s use of forms, analytics or external services changes.
